Synopsis
Aida (the director’s mother) struggles with Alzheimer’s and loss of memory, frequently “returning” to the Yafa of her youth, until her eventual final return. It is a tribute to the past and an attempt to restore individual and collective memory of Palestinians prevented from returning, even after death.
