Doris HEGNER - Allemagne : Membre



Doris Hegner was born in 1956 in Wunsiedel, Germany. She studied sociology, psychology, political science, philosophy as well as Japanese.

She is project coordinator at the Department of Fine Arts, Film and New Media at the House of World Cultures in Berlin, where she has, among other things, been director of film programmes, organized retrospectives for international film festivals like : FESPACO, Carthage Film Festival and African Screen Festival, 2008.
