Synopsis

Two young women pass through. Very involved in the events that shook Tunisia in January 2011, two girls will face the burdens of their families. Solidarity and accomplices, including in the bakery where they work, they will have to assert their desire for emancipation and impose their own requirements for their families and their fiancés. their own requirements. Réalisateur

Born in Sfax in 1945, Nouri Bouzid is a graduate of the National Institute of Performing Arts and Technology Diffusion (INSAS) in Brussels. He was an assistant director on several Tunisian and foreign movies, and screenwriter on Tunisian films. His career was launched by Human Ashes, which won the Golden Tanit, JCC 1986. Since then, the six films he has signed and the critical and public success that they have collected, have only confirmed the talent of a writer with a very personal style.
