Synopsis

Through the window of an old bus, a young man watches the desert roll on and on. He has been appointed to teach in a remote village lost in the vast sea of sand. Suddenly, men loom before him, men making dusty gestures, slow as the inexorable growth of the desert itself. They are the trailmarkers… they haunt the almost invisible road beyond which stretches another world…
