Synopsis

Khalo Matabane asks global thinkers, Apartheid-victims and Mandela’s entourage to classify Nelson Mandela’s achievements, thereby providing a multifaceted approach to his myth.

Khalo Matabane has made many documentary films. Conversations On a Sunday Afternoon is the first chapter of a trilogy based on improvisation, shot in digital video. Apart from dedicating his time as a director, he occasionally writes about cinema and politics.
