Synopsis

Early in the 1990s, while AIDS has been killing people for nearly a decade, activists of Act Up-Paris are making huge efforts to fight against general indifference. Nathan, a newcomer to the group, is going to be upset by the radicalism of Sean who consumes his last forces in action.

Robin Campillo is French director, editor and screenwriter. His very first film «They Came Back» was released in 2004. His film «Heading South» won the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 2008. As for «Eastern Boys», he won the Venice Mostra (2013). In 2009, he got awarded with a Cesar for the film «The class».
