Leyla, a nurse, is overweighted and tries desperately to lose it. Kerem is a revolutionist on hunger strike who’s brought to the hospital where Leyla works. Puzzled by each other, they become friends. Touched by her pain, Kerem encourages her. His stories of freedom and power will change Leyla's life forever.
