Ioana URICARU - Romania
Mara, a nurse from Romania, married while on a working visit to the US. Together with former patient, now husband, Daniel she is waiting for her Green Card. With her is her little boy Dragos, from a prior relationship. Naturalisation is proving to be difficult, and she increasingly realises that the America she had imagined has little to do with reality.
