Panel 4: The Future of Carthage Film festival

This fourth panel’s task is to combine all the envisaged proposals into a comprehensive vision that takes both the legal framework and the mobilization of funding resources into account. With this in mind, the members of this panel, all experts in the field, are invited to consider the festival’s goals and its harmony within the socio-economic environment in today’s Tunisia and work towards:

- Consolidating the festival’s achievements, while making even better use of the opportunities offered by new means of communication.
- Strengthening the festival’s international dimension, with a particular attention to the place occupied by several filmic events in our Mediterranean and Maghreb environment.
- Initiating a reflection on the festival’s legal forms likely to ensure its sustainability.
- Adopting management methods capable of diversifying the funding sources in tune with the Festival's ambitions.
