Director's biography


Biyi Bandele is a prolific Nigerian playwright, novelist and screenwriter. His feature film debut is Half of a Yellow Sun, followed by a distinguished career in writing and directing plays for the Royal Shakespeare Company and Royal Court Theatre. He also wrote screenplays for the BBC and international film productions.
